Imagine further, mining that purchase history for all customers who have NOT purchased any of the "PHONE" products.

AirDynamite is Shipping!

South By Southwest has completed version 1.0 of AirDynamite.  This new product extends the functionality of Dynamite to your field staff at a very cost effective level.  Orders can be extracted from the main Dynamite System and sent to each technician via the Internet.  AirDynamite retrieves those orders when an Internet connection is established and returns completed orders back to Dynamite.

AirDynamite also has the capability of opening new orders for service if necessary.  The system can also print customer receipts if desired.

Enhanced Laptop Solution Released!

South By Southwest is pleased to announce the release of DynaTech Version 4.0.  This remote version of Dynamite continues the KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) design philosophy while added a substantial amount of functionality.  We have added login security, one button data transfers to and from your web site, and emailing capabilities.

Now you can send order information to your field technicians and they can annotate the order, enter charges, and print customer receipts.  He can even open new orders for service.  At the end of the day, new orders and other activity can be uploaded to any web site or to one managed by e-Dynamite.
